Profile Pages

Your Gravatar profile includes your Gravatar image and name, as well as other profile details you may choose to include. You can edit your profile from the My Profile option.

Your profile appears on the Gravatar website:

It can also appear on Gravatar hovercards — a mini profile that appears when a user hovers over a Gravatar image:

All profile information is public.

Editing your profile

Your profile is split into different sections, each of which can be accessed from the profile editor sidebar.

Clicking a section opens it up for editing, and you can switch back to the sidebar at any time. A preview of your profile is shown next to the sidebar.

These are the sections you can change:

Design
Customize the visual layout of your profile page. You can change accent and text colors, choose a background color (and even layer it with a background image), upload a header/banner image, reorder the profile sections, and toggle the visibility of any section to control what visitors see.

About
Edit the core details that introduce you to visitors: your display name, short bio, location, timezone, pronunciation guide, pronouns and languages.

Avatars
Upload or select the image(s) that represent you across the web. You can manage multiple avatars and choose which one appears as your default.

Verified accounts
Connect external services where you’ve been verified—such as LinkedIn, GitHub, or Twitter — so that a verified badge appears on your profile and helps others trust your identity.

Links
Add URLs to sites that matter to you (personal blog, portfolio, social profiles, etc.). Those links will be displayed prominently in your profile’s “Links” section.

Interests
List the topics, skills or activities you’re passionate about. These help visitors quickly see what you care about and can improve profile discovery for like‑minded users.

Wallet
Share your preferred payment handles (e.g., PayPal.Me, crypto addresses) so others know how to send you tips or payments directly from your profile.

Photos
Build a gallery of images — illustrations, snapshots, or artwork—that you want to showcase. Visitors can browse your collection right on your profile page.

Tools
A collection of Gravatar utilities that help you embed and share your profile.

Account settings
Manage your profile URL and custom domain, adjust privacy and security settings.
